The stuff I'm building right now.

My own products come first these days. Useful, everyday tech that solves one annoying problem properly, runs on infrastructure I control, and doesn't need a 40-page manual.

Fareply

The controlled AI sales desk for travel. Fareply turns WhatsApp, Instagram and website enquiries into ready-to-send replies and verified quotes for travel agencies, DMCs and tour operators.

  • The AI never types a price. It writes the words. Amounts come only from rate sheets an owner approved, and any draft with a made-up number is blocked.
  • Humans stay in charge. Bookings, discounts and complaints go to a person, with the reason shown.
  • Upload what you already have. PDF, Word, Excel or a scanned rate sheet. Fareply extracts tours, seasons and supplements, then flags what to check.
  • Hosted in Germany. Agency data is separated, encrypted, and never used to train models.

The route so far

From Budgam to the Bosphorus, one hop at a time.

Kashmir, Punjab, Delhi, Mumbai, now Istanbul. Every city added a stack, a team, or a lesson about backups.

The start

UI work, then everything else

Started with interfaces, then followed every bug down the stack: backend, databases, servers, DNS. Turns out the fastest way to learn infrastructure is to break it on a Friday.

~3 years

Freelancer.com and Upwork

Small to big jobs for clients worldwide: websites, apps, software, VPN apps, travel comparison tools. Learned to estimate, then learned to multiply the estimate by two.

HostAddon

Into hosting and infrastructure

Launched HostAddon to run my own servers and host clients. WHMCS, custom modules, US, German and Dutch data centres, and a deep respect for monitoring.

2020

Apps for a Kashmir on 2G

During internet curbs and the Chinese app ban, built FileShareTool (offline sharing, 10,000+ downloads) and Nucular, a short-video app designed to work on 2G. Covered by The Wire, ANI, ET Telecom and more.

2021

Full-time IT consulting

Five years and counting of consulting, project management and leading teams across travel, e-commerce, hosting and SEO.

2022

Founded Fayanka Tech

Incorporated the company and went all in on full-stack development and project management. Travel CRMs, booking engines, food delivery, e-commerce apps.

2025

All in on AIOps

Put AI inside our own infrastructure first, then offered it as a service. LLM pipelines, RAG, automation, and AI that answers to humans.

2026

Fareply and CryptoYaan

Building my own products from Istanbul: a travel reply desk that never guesses prices, and a crypto platform that shows the risk first.

Laws of production

Things 15 years of shipping taught me.

I've succeeded, failed, refactored, and Googled errors I was absolutely sure I understood five minutes earlier. The short version:

LAW_01A small change is rarely a small change.

So I scope it like it isn't.

LAW_02"It works on my machine" is not a deployment strategy.

Docker, CI and staging exist for a reason. I use all three.

LAW_03Every temporary workaround can become a permanent feature.

I write the TODO and the ticket. Then I actually do the ticket.

LAW_04The requirements will change. The deadline probably won't.

Build for change, ship in small slices, keep the client in the loop.

LAW_05Production finds bugs development never met.

Monitoring, logs and alerts before launch day, not after.

LAW_06The most dangerous words: "while we're at it..."

I will politely write those down for phase two.

/dev/null

Hall of fame for projects that vanished. Not every launch made it. Each one paid for a lesson that the next product got for free. Never back down, just redeploy.

How I can help

Consulting first. Code when it counts.

Most of my time now goes into consulting: figuring out what to build, what to automate, and what to leave alone. Then my team and I build it properly.

02

Full-stack product builds

From idea to production: web apps, mobile apps, SaaS, booking engines, CRMs and dashboards, with real deploys and real monitoring.

03

IT consulting

Architecture reviews, vendor and stack decisions, cost cuts, and a straight answer on whether you need that rewrite. (Usually not.)

04

Infrastructure & DevOps

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Prometheus and Grafana, AWS or bare metal. Servers that scale up, and bills that don't.

05

WordPress, full stack

Custom themes, plugins, debugging, speed and security. The site that pays your bills deserves real engineering.

06

SEO, growth & teams

Technical SEO, content systems and project management. I've led many teams and know which meetings can be an email.
